It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on Concrete Pour Cost.
Put simply: no contractor works for us, and we don't supervise or inspect anyone's work. Before you sign anything, ask for proof of insurance — and, where your state or city licenses concrete or general contractors, for the license number, which you can verify with the agency that issued it. The written contract should spell out the price, area, thickness, base, reinforcement, finish, tear-out, cleanup and payment schedule.
